Where we deliver, what delivery costs and when to expect your order.
Where we deliver
We offer standard delivery to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and UK islands, plus Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Delivery to other countries is not currently available.
Delivery charges
£3.45 standard delivery below a £30 product subtotal.
Free standard delivery at £30 or more after discounts, excluding postage.
The qualifying amount is your product subtotal after discounts. Postage does not count towards the £30 threshold. If a discount reduces your product subtotal below £30, the £3.45 delivery charge applies.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed by 1pm (UK time) may be dispatched the same day, except on Sundays.
Delivery usually takes up to three working days from placing your order. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made. This is the statutory maximum in those circumstances, not our normal delivery estimate.
Delivery enquiries
For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, email hello@intracellsupplements.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Contact us about your order; you do not need to pursue the delivery company yourself to exercise your rights against us.
