Products, prices and payment

These terms apply to consumer purchases of physical products from intracellsupplements.com. Check the product description, current label, quantity and availability before ordering.

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. Your total, including any delivery charge, is shown before you commit to pay.

Card payments through Stripe and PayPal are available at checkout. Wallets and other payment options depend on provider, device and eligibility. To load PayPal widgets, enable Optional external services in Cookie settings; card payment is available without that optional choice. Payment is requested at checkout; it is not deferred until dispatch.

Placing and accepting an order

Orders are placed in English. Review your basket, contact details and delivery address and correct any errors before submitting checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy the goods. An initial acknowledgement confirms we have received the order; it does not itself accept it.

We accept your order when we send you an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. A contract is formed at that point. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and promptly refund any payment taken for goods we cannot supply and any applicable delivery charge.

Keep your order emails and a copy of the terms that apply to your purchase. If you need to correct an error or cancel, email hello@intracellsupplements.com promptly. You can cancel before dispatch and exercise the statutory cancellation rights described below.

Delivery

Standard delivery is available to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and UK islands, plus Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Other delivery destinations are not currently available.

Orders placed by 1pm UK time may dispatch the same day, except Sundays. Delivery usually takes up to three working days from ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See Delivery information.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made. This is the statutory backstop, not our normal estimate. We remain responsible for your order until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession, subject to any applicable statutory exception for a carrier you commission independently.

Cancellation and returns

For most online goods purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason from the time the contract is made until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Where an order arrives in separate parts, this normally runs from receipt of the last part.

Send a clear cancellation statement to hello@intracellsupplements.com or INTRA CELL SUPPLEMENTS LTD, 63 Trent Gardens, London, N14 4QB. Include your name, order number if available and the items you wish to cancel. Approval or a special return number is not required. An optional cancellation form is included in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Return the goods within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling, unless collection has been agreed. You pay the direct cost of change-of-mind return postage. Keep proof of posting.

Statutory exceptions apply only where their legal conditions are met. We do not apply a blanket hygiene exclusion to all supplements or offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind guarantee. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain protected.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation, refunds are made without undue delay and normally within 14 days after we receive the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Unless we have offered collection, we may withhold reimbursement until one of these events. If no goods were supplied, reimbursement is due within 14 days after your cancellation notice.

The refund includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the cancelled order, but not the extra cost of an upgraded service. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

Any deduction for diminished value is limited to what the law permits for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. The Refund and Returns Policy explains the return process and statutory rules.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Contact hello@intracellsupplements.com with the order details and the problem. We are responsible for reasonable return costs where the law requires us to be.

The Consumer Rights Act generally provides a short-term right to reject non-conforming goods within 30 days, subject to its rules. Repair, replacement, price reduction or a final right to reject may apply later. Your rights do not simply end after 30 days, and sale pricing does not reduce them.

Complaints and your rights

Email hello@intracellsupplements.com with your order number if available, what happened and the outcome you seek. We will consider your complaint and the remedy required by law.

Follow the current product label, including directions, warnings and storage instructions. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Product information does not reduce our responsibility to supply goods that meet statutory requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers where they live. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively change an existing contract.
